Malört Meter is a fan-made, crowd-sourced price tracker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise connected to Jeppson's Malört, the Carl Jeppson Company, CH Distillery or their affiliates, or any other maker, importer or distributor of malört or any other spirit. None of them has reviewed or approved anything on this site.
We can't help with anything about their products: orders, merchandise, recalls, events or sponsorships. Please contact the brand directly.
Jeppson's Malört, MALÖRT and related names, logos and label designs are trademarks of their respective owners. Bar names belong to the bars that use them, and any other product names that appear here belong to their owners.
We use these names only to identify the drink people are reporting prices for and the bars where they paid them. That use doesn't mean any connection, sponsorship or endorsement. We don't use any brand's logos, labels or packaging.
If you own a trademark and think something here could confuse people, tell us through the contact form (choose "Trademark or brand concern"). We'll look at it quickly and fix it.
When Malört Meter runs a fest day, it's our own in-app promotion: members earn double points for price reports that day, and pricing 4 different bars earns a badge. It is not the Pilsen Malört Fest or any other organized Malört event, even when it falls on the same day or in the same neighborhood. It isn't run by, connected to or endorsed by any event organizer, venue, sponsor or brand.
Fest crawl lists are suggestions from us. A bar on a crawl list hasn't necessarily agreed to take part. A "fest price" on a crawl list is what a bar told us or what members reported, and the bar sets the actual price.
Every price on Malört Meter is what a member says they paid. Prices can be wrong, out of date, a one-night special or a typo. Bars set their own prices and can change them anytime. Always check with the bartender. The Malört Price Index is a fun statistic built from those reports, not market or financial data.
A ✓ next to a bar means we've confirmed the listing with the bar, usually after its owner claimed it. It doesn't mean we've checked their prices.
Listing a bar doesn't mean it endorses, partners with or has any relationship with Malört Meter. Bar names and locations come from members, from the bars themselves and from OpenStreetMap. If you run a bar and want a listing corrected or removed, use the contact form (choose "Fix or remove a bar listing") or the "Claim a bar" link in the app.
Malört Meter is only for people 21 and older. Points, badges, streaks and leaderboards are a game about prices, not a challenge to drink more. You never have to drink anything to report a price: report what's on the menu, or what you paid for a friend.
